I think that's right. I don't find a find a difficulty in the explanation of the anti-malarial functions in de-crystalization of the heme byproducts... sustaining their toxicity... but I find the explanation of the modification of pH a bit unsatisfying.

Read the articles on the gating of Zn concentrations, which is pretty convincing science...

I expect that, along with accelerated trials... we'll probably see more basic science work done to try to better elucidate the functions that inhibit RNA synthase ? Stopping viral replication... if done early, or done at a high enough level, clearly could be a big difference maker... If it works, knowing how it works will be key to generating "better" more quickly ?

It's likely that having sparked this work... we'll break the spell numbing minds into thinking... "its a virus, and there's not much we can do about those"?
