Neither produced a bad test.

The bad test was produced by a bureaucratic nightmare that (a) Obama left behind because he believes it is good, and (b) Trump failed to see before the crisis hit.

If I could choose to be anywhere in this midst of this mess, I don’t think I’d go anywhere else. I wouldn’t want to be in NYC or California of course, but those are not places I’d want to be in anyway.
