Posting here to prove the uploading on the other board. --- "We currently have no outstanding litigation." Or so says BG in the last 10-Q filed with the SEC as of December 20, 2019 (PART II, Item 1. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS). sec.gov Something is very seriously wrong here. it would appear. Is BG lying, or can he pass this off as a clerical error - someone else's fault? Tracy, please, what is the explanation for this? If it is an error, will it be corrected for the next 10-Q?
