I feel for you. I have run into farmers who have had similar issues with the EPA. Rush's stand in from yesterday Todd Herman was talking about the same issue and had a couple of guests who elaborated on the problem. Charges on little, no or manufactured evidence happen all the time. The DA hopes at least for a plea bargain to feather their political ambitions. I recall Martha Coakley former AG of MA and slime ball. She imprisoned a family that ran a day care center on "dubious" charges. Dorthy Rabinowitz of the WSJ ran editorial after editorial to get this family acquitted. Coakley also was the subject of a movie about a guy who went to prison for murder.
