Well, there is a new strategy to Make America Great Again: It involves testing less, the better for to make us look GREAT!
I've already gotten notifications from several hospitals around me saying that. They won't be testing people with mild or no symptoms, to save resources and protect health-workers from unnecessary exposure.

I.e. we're still not ready to manage this.
