But of course this is the president who takes no responsibility. So sure, he could have done something about the FDA if his admin had known there was a problem- but they didn't- because no responsibility. And the admin could have taken the virus seriously instead of telling us all it was a hoax- but hey, no responsibility. And something could have been done along the lines of Gates' recommendations if the president or anyone in his admin had known anything about those (though if they had why would they have killed the novel virus program?) but again- no responsibility.

You kind of have to go back to the president who isn't president any more to find a president who would have taken responsibility- IF he had been in charge. But of course Obana isn't. It's the final year of Trump's presidency- it's all on him- and his ship of fools.
