elk, if it were as easy and quick to get a NASDAQ national listing, eveyone would do that, wouldn't they? I stand by what I said. If you aren't taking into account all the hurdles, as I said before, that have to be passed for the national listing then maybe you're right, as I said in my last post responding to this. VALUESPEC
