Do you remember Fabio Wajngarten who tested positive while traveling to the White House and took a photo with President Trump?

His 10 days of Covid-19. AT HOME. NOT IN A HOSITAL

Day 1: positive test, complete isolation at home. Enhanced hygiene, lots of hydration. End of fever, no pain, no indisposition, normal breathing, no secretion.

Day 2: no fever, no secretions, no cough, no diarrhea. I'm still in a good mood and eating well.

Day 3: slightly worse night's sleep. I woke up more congested in the throat. Throughout the day I got better, I didn't have a cough or fever. Lunch of barbecue, açaí and passion fruit juice (with disposable tableware).

Day 4: bad sleep, with a lot of sweat. I woke up tired, with a little discharge in my throat. Hard to taste the food. Sporadic coughs. Body ache. No fever. A little reduced appetite. Enhanced apetite for cold foods and fruits.

Day 5: yesterday I took an antipyretic for the first time, which allowed me a good night's sleep. Coughing passed and decreased lung discomfort. Still in pain in the body and without feeling the taste and smell of food. Reduced appetite, lots of hydration and fruit.

Day 6: I'm still in complete isolation, no one at home. No fever, little appetite, a little body pain, a little cough and lung pressure. Without a runny nose. I spent most of the day sleeping, but I finished it much better than it started

Day 7: Night of bad sleep, with a lot of sweat. I woke up tired, but as the day went on I got better. No cough, no fever, no body pain and more willing. Appetite coming back, even more without feeling the smell and taste of the food. I feel like I'm closer to healing. We made good progress!

Day 8: Good night's sleep, no body pain, no cough. Sweat has been decreasing, the mood returning. Appetite normalizing and the taste and smell in food also returning. The worst has gone. Soon, released from this quarantine.

Day 9: Regular night's sleep, with the reduction of the main symptoms. Appetite, taste and smell of food returning to normal. A little cough.

Day 10: I woke up with a good disposition, without symptoms during the day. Appetite normalized . A little cough now, in the early evening. Looking forward to returning to Brasilia.

This is a just a normal flu.
