To show recovered one needs two negative tests Also ... The average time that a case is considered ACTIVE .. Ie from DISCOVERY to RESOLUTION is ~ 21 days .. It takes at least three tests .. One to confirm you've got CV-19 and two more to confirm that your system is clear of CV-19 .. ( as you pointed out in your post ) The resolution of TODAY's +2,700 NEW active cases is going to take the next 3 weeks until they are allocated to "deaths" or "recovered" .. Triff ..
