Anil and Meeta, As you know, the "short interest" reported as of February 28, 2020 was a whopping 734,474 shares, which we suspect were ALL SOLD "NAKED", MEANING THEY WERE NOT BORROWED FROM EXISTING SHAREHOLDERS. On Wednesday evening we will get the official count as of March 15, WHICH WE BELIEVE WILL EASILY EXCEED 1,000,000 SHARES!!!!! We contend they WILL NOT be able to cover at ANY price IN THE OPEN MARKET, meaning their only hope is to approach you to bail them out by selling them the necessary shares to "cover" their position from your newly-minted "authorized shares", THUS AFFORDING THE COMPANY ESSENTIALLY A "SECONDARY" OFFERING WITHOUT ANY COMMISSIONS PAID. TALK ABOUT LUCK! DON'T LET THEM "OFF THE HOOK" FOR LESS THAN $50 PER SHARE! Sincerely, D
