I hope you are right. However, it is easy to paint a scenario where left-wingers take power in the USA. When they do, this time they will make changes that will make it impossible to elect them out of office. (e.g. Open borders, structural voter fraud). Kind of like radical Islam or communists or Nazis taking power.

Conservatives believe in the rule of law and won't do that sort of thing.

Our biggest risk is extreme unemployment rate in October of this year. Enough people will just want to change whoever is in power regardless of who the opposition is.
