Spain is rapidly closing ground on Italy...

They refused to throttle back on big social events... and held a couple of big music festivals. Now the virus is exploding, and the health care facilities are being over-whelmed.

They don't have enough respirators in Spain for the number of patients... and have just announced they've made the decision to take respirators away from people over 65 years old, to give them to younger patients. Instead of trying to keep them alive, they're giving the older patients elevated levels of pain killers to allow them to die more comfortably...

When hospitals run out of respirators... that's the "tipping point"... where the mortality rates start to rise from 1% when patients have them, toward 14% when they don't.
