did you go to a new chart? I don't understand how the USA went from being more than 33% rate to way under 33% rate. All this reporting is suspect to the numbers anyway. I am still getting reports from my people in china of many cases, yet china shows almost no new cases. I think the entire reporting is a political football to be played as needed.
