The problem in paper silver still getting stranger today...

It was a pretty good day in SLV and USLV, both are up three days in a row now.

SLV closed at $12.31, +6%... traded today from $11.87 to $12.39, and ended after hours at $12.41 ?

USLV ended the day at $30.64, +17.27% and up another percent in the after hours... traded in the range from $27.60 to $31.16, ended at $31 in the after hours ?

But what exactly are they using to price them ? Spot silver hasn't traded at $12.31 since last Thursday in Hong Kong... and spot silver closed today at $13.25 ?

The spread between the "paper" silver price and what you can actually buy metal for in this market has grown far more... Before moving up 6% today in the paper trade, physical from dealers was selling well over $19... a premium over $7... more than 50% ? But even the "premium" on the spot price has now grown to a dollar ?
