It is incredible the amount of thought you put into this and even more to write it all.

My reply is here only to let you know I read it and will need to read it again before I can figure out additional questions.

You always amaze me. Even with a shortened vocabulary and a shortened waist-line.

Just so you wouldn't feel left out, I too lost 50 lbs.

But I was doing keto.

That is until all the corona stuff and related news distracted me. I put a few back on these past few weeks. How about you do the same and quit yer diet. Then I'll meet you at Sadies in August and add a few more lbs or at least enjoy one of their Margheritas.
