Yes it is. The FDA panels that approve drugs for big pharma are often gutted after approval due to the panel members taking high paying jobs with the companies whose drugs they just reviewed. Many effective drugs are left on the table until the companies that own them take a more influential partner. It's like a mafia.

You want a drug with efficacy? Go to Israel. You can get what you need to survive there. Here in the US? Not so much.

You don't know squat about this issue. I have been involved in it for many years through my work in the securities industry. . But like with everything else, you think you know but you really don't know much at all.
