Another week, deeper into the Bullish ranges of these two indexes:


The Relative Valuation Index hasn't been this low since March of 2009 as the markets bottomed from the Financial Crisis.

Speculation has also fallen deeply into its own Bullish territory, again to lows not seen since March, 2009:


Consensus of investor sentiment we measure with our Divergence Index. It also went into its bullish range this week:

While a little slower to respond to the market tremors it is now helping confirm the bottoming process of the markets right now.

It gives me comfort to see these market indexes decline to Bullishness just as my AIM accounts are doing heavy buying. Here's the last 12 months AIM activity with AAPL in my own account:
