They have 300k Chinese living in Italy. A majority of them said to come from the Wuhan province, where the ties between the local textile/leather-goods factories and their Italian local factories in the area around Bergamo - Prato are quite tight. The Chinese New Year ended Jan 26th, and that's when a lot of them returned from their home celebration in China to Italy.
