I did a quick analysis to track the daily rate of the increase of US confirmed cases. Found that the % peaked at 50% on March 20, then started a slow decline until today when it showed a sharp decline to under 20%. Clearly some of this decline is due to changes in testing protocols, but this is all we have at the moment. Looks like tomorrow’s number is on track to come in at or under 20% as well. Looks like your projection of 100,000 cases by Monday is spot on. But if we continue to see a drop in the daily rate of increase, it may be that the next doubling may take longer than 4 days, maybe as long as a week.

Here’s an analysis down by an actuary-turned-investment-pro that I think is worth a read.
