I'm still watching for a transcript, too. I would expect one soon on the Motley Fool or at Ken Marcus' site. If one doesn't show up soon, I'll transcribe it from my RecordIt of the call.

My model assumes that the 4th quarter blip is considerably stronger for retail than it is for OEM. Last year was a bad example, as we saw the first big increase in OEM sales and almost a 200% sequential increase in OEM units from Q4 96 to Q1 97.

I did make a slight adjustment to Q1 98 to account for the increased tie ratios due to disk carryover that we've seen in Q1 in the past.

I only assumed a slight increase in growth in Q1 for the new ad campaign. Reading that ads in general started picking up in November, I might want to account for more growth in Q1. I'd rather leave my numbers as conservative as possible, though.

One of the problems I'm having is trying to isolate Zip and Jaz in the models. We have zero guidance in this area, so it's tough to separate.
