This is to ALL. To use a stock buyback to artificially support the stock price is wrong and probably illegal. What J.M. has stated is that the stock is a value at its present price and the company will buy back shares as the opportunity presents itself. The way I see it, the company wants to buy low and exchange high (exchange stock for new business opportunities down the road). The buyback will take stock out of circulation and increase the value of shares that remain in the float, but that is just a side benifit. The idea that the company should buy high to drive the price higher is not smart and I am sure is not what is intended. - Sam
