Bill - I agree with you findinds and conclusions. A few other tid bits to round out the story: From my notes: Q #1)Cheschire - Project "Worst Case" dilution from debentures; alright how many shares were created --Answer --"Duh" Q from Darren , GKM Securities -- with sales of $15 million and 16 million shares how can you justify the stock price? --Answer --"That's for you to do! Jack says at the end, "Thanks for staying late!!!!!!" How come they get info first, I thought the whole idea was so that everyone could have access at the same time. Note, whoever stated the Art Chiat was dynamic; it was not evidenced on that Conference Call. :) BellBoy
