I think it depends on how much demand destruction we see.

If demand destruction happens among wastrel americans (and based on my inbox at the moment not as much as people think). then I can see Team China dumping Treasuries and forcing the borrowers into a corner.

If wastrel is as wastrel does, and cash keeps flowing,,,, I agree,,, they will play until all the lifeboats are gone.
