Bernard just called me and asked me to post this here.

Bernard Hicks,Senior Vice President of Avalon Group,Inc today exercised 225,000 warrants at 13.7 cents which amounts to $30,825.
These funds will be put in the general fund of the company for further
development of their kiosks and wellness network.
