This EDGAR 10 K/A filing is news ? Supposedly the basis for AAPL's percentage market share decline but more importantly lists AAPL's insider shares awarded etc: edgar-online.com But it fails to list the basis for loaning Dr. Gil $5 mln . Hopefully the new board's income by shares only will force a realignment of option awards to encourage "insider" retention. Jim K.
