Have faith Bob! We'll see what Clinton says tomorrow. The article I referred you to mentioned that more details on what the gov't will provide in the way of incentives will be provided in the budget doc's in Feb. If Gore is President by then, perhaps more might be done, with his environmental leanings.

Several things of note:

- Midland's report on BLD is out and they have been big buyers of the stock today in institutional sizes.

- BLD presents at Midland's conference on Wed. this week.

- On the USCAR website there is a press release from last Friday on the selection by the PNGV of technologies they will pursue and fund. Fuel cells are identified as the longer term solution. What is noteworthy about this is that it was previously thought that fuel cells would not make it on the list at all because the timeframe for development of these technologies under the PNGV program was too short. That was the thinking several months ago but now they show such promise that the big 3 can't ignore them. I find this quite interesting, especially with financial incentives likely from the gov't.

So, I think there's hope but the market may not react until the rebate details are out there and the press outlines their importance in bringing this technology to market. All I hope is that maybe Clinton will again identify fuel cells as a viable solution, I expect his State of the Union Address will have a larger than usual audience for obvious reasons.
