Ok, John, you win. Microsoft rules, along with ad hominems as the definitive style of argument. You should feel to continue to get the definitive interpretation on legal matters from Microsoft's lawyers and PR guys, nobody else could possibly have anything meaningful to say. You don't seem to have any comment on why it's so silly for the judge to worry about the icon, but it wasn't silly for Microsoft to threaten Compaq with pulling their license if proper respect wasn't shown. But, whatever.
