You are right. If Japan tanks in a big way, Korea and rest of Asia will be down real big. I think US markets will also be impacted. My guess is Japan will some how muddle thru. I do not have a strong conviction and that's why I am very cautious. I have small positions in Asia and keeping my powider dry for better bargains.

If I was fully invested, there would be very good odds for the markets to go down. Now that I am cautious like you, I will be proved wrong again and markets will keep going up in Asia.
