I've been to all three of the restaurants you named. If D&B was dragged down by the performance of the other two, I'd say buy while you can.

Rainforest and PH are just fancy diners with retail counters for selling junk with their name on it. Denny's could set up a Denny's t-shirt stand in front of its restaurants and capitalize on the same "concept".

D&B on the other hand, is much more than lunch. It's like Disneyland with better burgers.
