Yes, encouraging news. And Iceland is certainly credible. Out of 737 positives only 17 had to be hospitalized and only 2 required ICU care.

And those are only acute cases, with the virus physically present in their nose and throat. Who knows how many had the disease in a mild form, or symptom free - and some of them may have been tested in this survey, and found to be “negative”.

Serological surveys will answer more questions. But, the epidemiological implications of this one are pretty big.
