It's not "stimulus" until all the craters are filled in with it first.
Whatever's left will be the stimulus.
Money velocity shows craters are still being filled.
If the depths of them all have been determined, market volatility should decrease for a bit.
Then, if the central banks have it right so far, a couple more tweaks from this region or that...Eur. Lon. Wash. Beij.
Then, by June, light at the end of the tunnel might be bright enough.
