Hi Rose. Her illness was pre covid so all good.. Good bonding time with her at least.. there are worse things than being locked up in the laurentians lol.. appears she has taken up my qualities but not my copious defects ;) I find most folks doing their part quite well.. really most. Which is good.. It saddens me though that the government(s) still has/have not implemented rudimentary physical screenings at points of entry.. such a simple thing.. also distressing that governments did not stockpile reserves of PPE which have long shelf lives.. hospitals competing with the public for PPE is fully.. another ball dropped .. especially after the SARS experience.. The measures appear to be really giving folks a sterner talking to.. they could easily set up a call centre to randomly contact folks that are under self quarantine.. none of these things are costly.. but would certainly help to mitigate spread.. Ah well.. daughter time is sweet.. Stay safe
