You put the gloves on when you are outside the wire and exposed to contaminants. Do not touch your face during that time. Just do what you have to do. As soon as you are finished, take them off, from the wrist downward so they come off inside out and without touching their contaminated fingers and palm surfaces. Drop them someplace safe for disposal. As soon as you can, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. Again, do not touch your face unless and until you have washed your hands. That is key.
