Don't wait until you're on your deathbed to get your physician to prescribe this treatment ..
I'm NOT a Dr. nor do I PLAY one on TV, but I can read ..

Hydroxychloroquine and biosimilars work by facilitating zinc absorption at the
sites in your lungs that the cv-19 virus wants to attach .. Zinc in the form of
zinc acetate and zinc gluconate ARE effective in preventing flu viruses from attaching ..

So, my poor man's cv-19 PREVENTATIVE regimen is as follows ..

1000 mg vit C daily
5000 IU vit D3 daily
Fish Oil capsule daily
Cold-EZE brand or other ZINC lozenge at FIRST sign of throat tickle or
any time I leave the house to get food/groceries or will be around people etc ..
Polar brand TONIC water ( it has quinine - right on the label )
( goes well with GIN or VODKA or on it's own ) ..

The above items are cheap and readily available ..
though the word is out on the zinc lozenges ( locally sold out ) ..

The above is in no way intended as MEDICAL advice or to convince anyone to adopt it ..
It's just what I do and what works for me ( placebo effect ?? ) ..
If nothing else it makes me feel like I'm doing SOMETHING ..
In the meantime let's hope the medical establishment will have a
widely available targeted vaccine for cv-19 sooner rather than later ..
