So it's a devil's bargain to be sure, but one thing Trump is good at is the economy.
I get that, but right now the economy is not the first priority.

Once we get past this, then Trump can focus on rebooting the American economy, calling the virus "Chinese" or whatever, and tweeting about his own ego.

Let me put it this way. If Trump cares about getting re-elected, he would get his priorities straight during this time of crisis. Otherwise, he's going to lose to a man suffering from dementia who represents the corrupt Washington establishment.
