Nothing in that article convinces me of your assertion.

"Oh, but Hillary is loved by the international community." BFD. Her stint as Secretary of State already proved that she has terrible instincts when it comes to just about everything.

Colin Powell was right when he said that "everything Hillary touches, she screws up with hubris."

By the way, in case you still have doubts about Hillary and her competency, this tweet should prove once and for all that she too only cares about using this crisis for her own selfish ego:
