Maybe, it's interesting that NAT and another shipper TNP hit a volume scan. It's kind of a trick pre-scan so maybe it's starting to improve out there. Anyway if I remember correctly the Saudis break even at about 10.00 per barrell but the frackers need around 50.00 to break even so it's simple. The Saudis are trying to bust the USA competition, since we became net exporters of oil and oil products. This virus thing was a sign from Allah so they opened the valves. Isn't that what friends do to friends .. lol. Anyway I guess it's getting cheap to ship things .. lol. Woody
