The Plan, entitled debtor's First Amended Plan of reorganization (dated January 15, 1998) (the plan), represents the best offerts of Streamlogic, the Unsecured Creditors' Committee appointed in the Chapter 11 case, and StreamLogic prospective investors to present a plan for its successful recapitalization and serves the best interest of its creditors in maximizing their recoveries. The prompt confirmation and effectuation of the plan is supported by Streamlogic, thje Committee and StreamLogic therefore urges each of you to vote to accept the Plan by completing and submitting your ballot as soon as possible.
