Am hearing that this insane random walk volitility is due to end of quarter adjustments. Its why I have no confidence in any technical indicators right now ( they are not working) and am sitting tight in cash. Things should get back on track (somewhat) tomorrow. Its probably going to mean the beginning of the next leg down.
