John, I assure you I know the meaning of dilution. My understanding is that after all is said and done there will be somewhere around 23-24 million shares. Do you have another figure? If so, what is it and what is it contingent upon. The thrust of my post was to let you know that we've all heard you many times. We know how you feel and that topic will be clarified at the SHM. You don't need to make idle threats. Go sell your 100,000 shares or how ever many you have. Let's actually see what happens. You have been a valuable contributor to this thread, certainly far more so than I. Let's hope we both get what we want this week. I guess the difference between us is that if I hear what I want I'll probably be buying some of your shares. good luck Stu
