Carey, Looks like you may have gotten your wish! BIG NEWS!! . A New Board of Directors and Management Team has been installed to take our little Company from being a young development-phase enterprise to one doing the Active Licensing and Marketing of the Advanced Products that emerged during that phase. . The Company has a new Chairman of the Board, namely, former Secretary of the U.S. Department of Energy, Adm. James T. Watkins. You may recall the name as he was originally retained as a Key Consultant to the Company. . Then we have Lawrence McQuade formerly of W.R. Grace & Co. who is coming on Board as a Director; as is Ambassador Maxwell Rabb. . Peter Gulko is to be the Executive V.P. and Bruce Rabb, a Law Partner from a big New York / D.C. firm is to be Corporate Secretary. A search is on for a new President as well, to be named in the near future. . The news release was "signed" Bain and Associates of Washington D.C. These guys are big-time! Boeing Co uses them for their public relations, I believe... . Colin
