Some staffers are getting squeezed. Competition isn't allowing them to raise billing $ per hr/day/whatever and consultants are demanding higher wages. I don't necessarily believe this, this is just what HAKI is saying. I like companies that do more cutting-edge stuff like ERP/SCM implementation (and whose margins are expanding anyway) so despite wages going up, billing rates can be raised accordingly.

I know zero/squat about non-IT temp staffing.
