Lowell,
Welcome to the party, the math is unforgiving, isn't it? These look like one-time gains to me as well; Ira admitted as much when he stated (via fax) to Capt. Dan that the 3rd Quarter earnings were pumped up by proceeds from the 504 financing deal.
I would expect a small spike up tomorrow, falling back to earth (as it did after the last burp) the following days. Another spike when the audited financials are released, following by the downward trend once people get the numbers and read them closely. Some daytraders will make a killing.
I don't see how they could post margins three to four times higher than anyone else, either, especially while carrying certain expenses (acquistions, promotion, tax liens, Trump Tower office, etc.) that many other temp companies don't have to worry about. And they are definitely a temp company; Ira told me that 85 percent of the revenues come from the temp side (previous posts).
I respect everyone's opinions, but tend to believe numbers more. Glad to see someone else doing some math.
Regards, L.E. |
