Harvey,
According to their latest 10Q, there were close to 16,000,000 shares
issued. Looking at buys in December, the totals are nowhere near
35,000,000 shares. I'm not that experienced at interpreting these
things, but IMO I would say the company probably issued these
shares (probably restricted for some specified time) to raise money
in a private offering. If you or anyone has any thoughts, please post.
