WHO stands by recommendation to not wear masks if you are not sick or not caring for someone who is sick - CNN


Supposedly because the public wears them wrong and can increase their chances of catching the virus.

So instead of running a public service ad on how to properly use a mask - just don't wear one.

We have kids learning how to put condoms on bananas - how hard can it be?
