Mr. Dendro,

First, I think you need to understand capitalism. When a seller and a buyer a buyer agree upon a price, then a sale occurs. When a seller of RMIL agrees upon a price to sell, no one is forcing the MM to buy.
If MM want to buy at that price, then they buy else no sale has taken place. If the MM do not need to buy then so be it. There is no extortion, the MM can walk away. No one has put the MM in any position except themselves.

According to your thought process, then when you sell your house you should sell it to a homeless person because he needs it and at a price he can afford.

Second, I don't believe that you are an attorney and using the term extortion. Extortion does not come close to discribing this scenario.

You are consistantly using negative phraseology in your posts. You are no more objective than anyother nay on this thread, so stop your freeble attempt at objectivity. You do not want RMIL to be successful any more than a short MM.

Mr. Dendro you are a nay!

Thank you

JK
