The promise of free money (tax cuts) is very alluring. CEOs can't run their companies using American workers. They need poor people in poor countries who get paid less than $1 an hour to create the wealth we saw in the stock market (they call this slave labor the "supply chain"), then get trillions from the government in tax cuts, trillions in bailouts, and trillions from the Fed and then say they're the capitalists. I don't think there's been a republican capitalists in many decades. As far as Reagan is concerned did you hear that tape that released of him and Nixon talking. He called blacks "monkeys." I guess we now know why he became a republican. His heart and soul were tainted by racism. I know the numbers under Reagan and some of the rhetoric. He lied about balancing the budget with tax cuts and he's admired because he got away with it.
