Yes, the Republican rank and file never could figure out when they say tax cuts, they mean for the rich only; and they don't understand they mean to fund those tax cuts by cutting their social programs.

Few know, that Reagan was the one who put taxes on social security specifically so he would have a pile of money to draw from to make more tax cuts for the rich.
