Well since no one else has ,I guess i will give a quick run down on the conference call.

1. the main point to the call was to put investors minds at ease, and to answer any questions.which I thing they did a good job of.

2. many questions where asked on the time line of events to happen this year.i believe it was the isolex system that SHOULD be approved in the US by mid-year.

3. next financials will be announced in march.

4. Management does not see anticipate any further dilution, question was asked about reverse split and everyone seemed negative about the idea.

5. In general management states they feel the fundamental picture of the company is better now than 6 mnths.ago. they gave no reason for the decline in the price but did state they feel the stock price is over discounted now , where as in the past "the stock got ahead of the story".

6.they also said that they will continue to be on the road with the story of the company .they stated the reason for lack of instutional participation in the stock was not for lack of confidence in the company but more because the price of the stock ( below $5 ,and lack of marginability at these levels. )

If anyone else is intrested in listening to the conference call the # is 1-800-713-6595 reservation # 3787132
