HI DAVE,

I think most of the revenue this year ending June 30 1998 will come from HMC. We already have 6.7 mill. the first Qtr. ending Sept. 30 1997 with the 2 qtr. ending Dec. 31 1997 due out by Feb. 15 1998 . I think we can see at least the same amount if not more at that time . 6.7 mill. x 4 qtr. =26.8 mill. without anymore Quad sales and without any increases in the PPM business we have or any new centers added. And I believe more are on their way. So 35 mill. is within range easily IMO. As far as 1999 Which starts July 1 1998 and ends June 30 1999 without the 100 mill. we will win from the Toshiba case which could start as early as late 1998 or early 1999 we could see 70 - 100 mill. in revenue with full year results from new PPMs and plenty more Quad sales . Also the beginning of OR 360 will be added. With all the money from suits coming the co. can do just about anything they want to . Buy more centers , add another factory , buy another co. , add to R&D and maybe just maybe buy back some stock. If you increase revenue and profits thru PPM business or whatever buying back stock will be the least of our worries.

YOUR THOUGHTS

FRANK
